Amser gorau personol i Iain Ridgway draw yn Farathon Austin yn Texas y bore ma gydag amser o 2.42.14 ar hyd y cwrs bryniog. Oherwydd dechrau buan o 0830 roedd Ridgway wedi deffro am 0400!

The Village Bakery Wrexham Half Marathon was eventful to say the least! All was going well until just before the 9 mile mark where at a junction, someone inexplicably had turned the race direction arrow around to point the wrong way, the leading group following the lead car were okay but, typically! leading the next group, Eryri's Jordan Evans, with no one in sight, followed the race direction arrow taking

The first race of the Eryri Road Running Club Championships takes place at the 17th Village Bakery Wrexham Half Marathon this Sunday 19th February. Start 11am at the Industrial Estate. The race also incorporates the North Wales Half Marathon Championships. The race has reached its 500 limit and there will be no entries on the day. Due to road works, there is a slight alteration to the previous years race

There were 35 Eryri Harriers amongst the 682 finishers in
the 20th Nick Beer 10km race around Llandudno's Great Orme on Sunday 12th
February with Rob Samuel leading the way and winning the event for the second
year in succession in a time of 30.35, just one second off former Bangor
University colleague
