Route:           The race is approximately 5.1 miles and starts and finishes at Manley Mere.  The start is on the long straight entrance/exit drive and the finish is located on the grass by the mere.  A very short grass slope leads down onto the grass from the drive before the final 100 metres to the finish

The route follows quiet, scenic country lanes.  Flat at the start and for the first couple of miles, it then gradually climbs to reach peak elevation at around 3.5 miles around Manley.  The route then drops (quite sharply at one section) in the last mile before levelling out for a flat, fast last section back to Manley Mere.

Parking:        Parking is available on site; the site will be open to runners from 9.30am

Please note that there is a reasonable amount of parking on site, but please could runners and spectators car share wherever possible

Please note also that there is a £2 charge to park on site (2 x £1 coins)

Facilities:      Toilet facilities are available on site in two blocks, accessed directly from the car park

The first set (male and female) is in a wooden block next to the main building

The second set (male and female) is in a metal block between the two sections of the car park

Runners are asked not to use the toilets in the cafe unless they are also using the cafe
