Wrexham Cross Country Report (24/11/12)
Well done to the Eryri stalwarts who turned out for the club at the above event. Thanks to Jos Jones and Joanne Moore who are relative newcomers to running for Eryri in cross country and without whom we would not have had the bare minimum required to score without being penalised!
The women had the necessary four required plus Maggie with a broken wrist and the men had six.
Rob Samuel was first in for the men in overall second place in 29.12, followed by Matt Ward (33.03), Adrian Williams (33.39), Anthony Bethell (34.06), Jos Jones (34.12) and Arwel Lewis (34.18).
The women bunched well with Jenny Heming (21.51), Megan Hughes (22.41), Joanne Moore (22.42), Ellie Salisbury (22.58) and Maggie Oliver (28.36).

The men were third overall on the day but have maintained their large aggregate lead by 270 points in front of Deeside.
The women were fifth but are still second overall and only 17 points behind Colwyn Bay on aggregate.

There will be a minibus going to the next event on 12th January in Telford (Lilleshall). Contact Jenny for details of pick up and times in the New Year. Please come if you can, your club needs you!
