16 Eryri Harriers were amongst the 487 finishers in the popular Twin Piers 10k (North Wales 10km Championships) race on Saturday 18th January. The point to point event from Llandudno Pier to where the Colwyn Bay Pier used to be! The event was also the first counter in the Eryri Road Running Championships.

First home for Eryri was 8th placed Dilwyn Powell-Jones in a time of 33.35, a personal best (PB) time for the distance, his previous best was 34.52. Dilwyn was followed home by 11th placed Eryri newcomer; Lewis Roberts 34.14, 12th Ian Edwards 34.23 (PB – 34.58) 30th & 1st M/60 Russell Owen 37.36. 34th Brian Wills 38.18 (PB – 39.04) 38th & 1st FV/35 Gemma Moore 39.02. 40th Paul Jones 39.06. 51st Anthony Davies 40.20 (PB – 42.37) 76th & 1st M/65 Steve P Jones (SPJ) 42.03. 79th Arwel Lewis 42.15. 99th Russell Williams 43.36. 201st Ali Thomas 50.04. 217th Nia Meleri-Edwards 51.49. 221st Malcolm Jones 52:08. 238th Kate Potter 53.18 & 379th Roy Jardine 63.45.
