Mae Eryri Harriers yn falch o gynnig dau sesiwn hyfforddi grŵp unigryw gyda David Jackson o Pro Breathwork, wedi’u cynllunio’n benodol ar gyfer rhedwyr.


Dyma gyfle gwych i chi cymryd rhan mewn sesiwn arbennig wedi ei hariannu gan y clwb. Rydym yn cynnal y sesiwn yma fel rhan o pecyn buddiannau aelodau ac yn falch o gallu rhoi yn ôl i'n aelodau! 


Bydd y sesiynau wyneb i wyneb 90 munud hyn yn cyflwyno technegau anadlu ymarferol i gefnogi effeithlonrwydd rhedeg, rheoleiddio’r system nerfol a gwydnwch meddyliol.


P’un ai eich nod yw gwella perfformiad, rheoli nerfau cyn ras, neu ddarganfod ffyrdd newydd ar gyfer lles, mae’r sesiynau’n agored i bob gallu a lefel profiad.

Eryri Harriers is pleased to offer two exclusive group breathwork training sessions with David Jackson from Pro Breathwork, designed specifically for runners and endurance athletes.


This is a great opportunity for you to take part in a special session funded by the club. We are running this session as part of the members’ benefits package and are pleased to be able to give back to our members!

These 90-minute in-person sessions will introduce practical breathing techniques to support running efficiency, endurance, recovery, nervous system regulation, and mental resilience. Whether you want to improve performance, manage race-day nerves, or explore new tools for wellbeing, these sessions are open to all abilities and experience levels.


What you’ll gain:

  • Techniques to improve breathing efficiency and endurance

  • Tools to support recovery and injury prevention

  • Strategies for managing stress, anxiety and pre-race nerves

  • Improved focus, relaxation and resilience

  • Skills that support both running performance and everyday wellbeing


Sessions are free for Eryri Harriers members, with spaces allocated on a first come, first served basis (maximum 30 participants per session). Sessions will be held one month apart to offer flexibility and choice.


Spaces are limited — book early via the website. Please note: cancellations within 24 hours without finding a replacement may incur a £20 charge
