Starting & Finishing in Abergwyngregyn running over Drum (770m) onto Foel Fras (942m) then Yr Aryg (876m) and Moel Wnion (580m)
 
Registration: 10.45-11.45am at Caffi Hen Felin, Abergwyngregyn LL33 0LP
Car Parking in a field just before entering village will be signed. No cars to be parked on village streets please.
 
Race Route: 12miles from Abergwyngregyn doing a clockwise loop up onto Drum (770m) onto Foel Fras (942m) then Yr Aryg (876m) and Moel Wnion (580m) descend back to finish outside Caffi Hen Felin in Abergwyngregyn.
