
Monday Night Training
Meeting at 6.15pm every week
2 Week Rotation as follows:

Week 1: Intervals @ Griffiths Crossing, Caernarfon

Week 2: Different locations for a easier / longer run or race recce
Every Monday Evening (rotation of 2 types of training). 1 week interval sessions (yes we run on tarmac too!) starting 6.15pm at Griffiths Crossing near Caernarfon and 1 week informal group runs in varying locations - sometimes these take the form of race recces for longer races that many club members are participating in.
The session will be open to everyone, from newbies to people who have been training for years. It doesn’t matter what your ability is, it will cater for everybody and be all inclusive and a chance to meet lots of like-minded people, improve your fitness and have fun in the process. The session will be varied each week, between flat sessions on the cycle track, hill reps and grass sessions.
