Your club, your voices.
It’s that time of year again — our Annual General Meeting (AGM) is just around the corner, and we’d love to see as many of you there as possible!

Whether you’re an old hand, a new member, or have never been to an AGM before, everyone is welcome!
Don’t be put off by the term AGM — this one is all about getting together, celebrating the club and having a fun evening with your fellow Harriers.
Here’s what’s in store:
Meet the committee — a great chance to put faces to names and find out more about the club.
Food — main course, dessert, and tea or coffee afterwards (Râs Wyddfa Style Buffet).
Bar available — because it’s a social, after all!
Learn what the club committee have been doing this year and ask questions
Presentations — rewarding some of our amazing volunteers
QUIZ — test your knowledge and win prizes!
Bring, Sell, Swap and Sell Table — bring along any running kit you no longer need and see if you can swap it for something new to you.
Eryri kit for sale — we’ll have a selection of club kit available, including unisex and women’s-fit vests, unisex T-shirts, women’s-fit crop tops and buffs. Card payments will be available.
Supporting Children in Need 💛 — as it’s Children in Need night, we’d love to present them with a donation from Eryri Harriers. We’ll be circulating an envelope for anyone who’d like to contribute, so please bring some cash if you’d like to donate.
Above all, it’s a chance to catch up with friends, meet other members, celebrate our fantastic club and enjoy a great night together!
🎟️ All this for just £7.50 per person (members). You're welcome to bring friends and family (non members ticket £10)
This is a subsidised price. The club is covering the full price to help give back to members. This includes a Hot Meal, Dessert, Tea, Coffee
We hope to see lots of familiar and new faces there — come along, get involved and let’s make it a brilliant Eryri Harriers evening!
Elect your committee for 2026/7
Every Committee position is up for election.
Below is a list of Committee positions and current officer.
Some will be leaving post and some wish to stay next year.
Even if it is not noted that an officer is leaving their position, any current member can put their name forward to be elected.
You can also put your name forward to be an Ordinary Member - Committee Members without a specific role.
What does it mean to be a committee member:
All committee members volunteer because we love what the club represent and want the club to succeed for it's members
Eryri Harriers is one of the largest, most varied and active running clubs in Wales - there's pleanty to do and we need people who want to be active in the general running of the club and proactive in development of the club forward to the future.
You will:
Attend committee meetings and contribute to discussions and decision making.
Fulfil a specific role and undertake the duties for this role (Ordinary Members do not have a specific role but can take something on if they wish)
Lead, be responsible, organise, admin their role / role duties. This includes Club Championships, local and National Leagues and other events agreed upon within the committee
Represent the club and it's values, welcoming and supporting members and have fun while doing it.
This is a voluntary role (but Nia Meleri usually brings cake to meetings as bribes)

Welsh Language Officer- Nia Meleri (open to another nominee)
Ordinary Members- Sion Hywyn (Plodders Rep), Tess Elias, Kate Worthington, Lyndon Roberts, Owain Williams, Dafydd Williams (Open to any club member to become member)
