Sesiwn Arbennig i Aelodau / Special Session for Members - Breathworks gyda Jacko

Daeth aelodau Eryri Harriers at ei gilydd ar Drac Treborth ddydd Sul 17eg Mai ar gyfer sesiwn anadlu ymarferol a diddorol dan arweiniad David “Jacko” Jackson o Pro Breathwork.
Roedd y sesiwn yn canolbwyntio ar sut gall anadlu ddylanwadu’n uniongyrchol ar berfformiad rhedeg, adferiad, ffocws a lles cyffredinol. Cafodd aelodau gyfle i archwilio amrywiaeth o dechnegau ymarferol ar y trac ac hefyd dan do yn yr ystafell ddosbarth.
Cafodd y sesiwn gan Jacko ei chynllunio i wella effeithlonrwydd anadlu, rheoleiddio’r system nerfol, rheoli straen a gorbryder, a chefnogi gwell adferiad yn ystod ac ar ôl hyfforddiant.
Drwy gydol y sesiwn, dysgodd y rhedwyr sut gall newidiadau bach mewn patrymau anadlu helpu i wella dygnwch, canolbwyntio ac ymlacio, tra hefyd yn rhoi offer iddynt i reoli nerfau cyn ras a straen bob dydd yn well. Rhoddodd y fformat ymarferol ar y trac gyfle i aelodau roi’r technegau ar waith yn syth wrth symud a rhedeg.
Roedd yr adborth gan y rhai a oedd yn bresennol yn hynod gadarnhaol, gyda llawer o aelodau’n disgrifio’r sesiwn fel un agoriadol, ymarferol ac o fudd uniongyrchol.

Roedd y sesiwn yn adlewyrchu ymrwymiad parhaus Eryri Harriers i gefnogi lles aelodau ochr yn ochr â pherfformiad a chyfranogiad, tra’n darparu cyfleoedd i aelodau ddysgu sgiliau newydd mewn amgylchedd cynhwysol a chefnogol.

Eryri Harriers members gathered at Treborth Track on Sunday 17th May for a practical and engaging breathwork session led by David “Jacko” Jackson from Pro Breathwork.
The session focused on how breathing can directly influence running performance, recovery, focus and overall wellbeing. Members explored a range of practical Techniques out on the track and indoor in the classroom.
The session by Jacko was designed to improve breathing efficiency, regulate the nervous system, manage stress and anxiety, and support better recovery both during and after training.
Throughout the session, runners learned how small changes in breathing patterns can help improve endurance, concentration and relaxation, while also gaining tools to better manage pre-race nerves and everyday stress. The practical track-based format gave members the opportunity to immediately apply the techniques during movement and running.
Feedback from those attending was overwhelmingly positive, with many members describing the session as eye-opening, practical and immediately beneficial.

The session reflected Eryri Harriers’ continued commitment to supporting member wellbeing alongside performance and participation, while providing opportunities for members to learn new skills in an inclusive and supportive environment.
The training was fantastic and super easy to follow! It was well-demonstrated and Jacko’s knowledge really shone through in how effortlessly he answered all of our questions. (And yes, I tried the cotton bud once I got home!) – attending member
